We're currently seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist/ Office Assistant to join a small business in Houston. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is ready to interview and start immediately.

?? Location: Houston, TX 77098

?? Schedule: Onsite

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

?? Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls
  • Scan, file, and organize documents
  • Type letters and business documents
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Support additional data entry tasks as the role evolves

? What We're Looking For:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
  • Intermediate typing skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable candidate
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a small business environment
  • Willingness to grow into additional responsibilities
